What this is, in plain language

EACS runs small DIR/Floortime social groups and one-to-one sessions for autistic and neurodivergent children and teens, plus speech-language therapy and psychotherapy. Sessions follow the child's lead rather than working on compliance, and a formal diagnosis is not required to take part.

Getting started

Families reach out through the contact form on the site or by emailing info@embracingautismservices.com. A formal diagnosis isn't required — the FAQ says families without one are still welcome to inquire. For social groups, EACS collects background information from parents, may ask for reports from other professionals, and often arranges a short in-person meet-and-greet before matching a child to a group.

What they say about themselves

Taken from the provider's own website. We have not verified the claims — the parent reviews below are the other half of the picture.

  • Runs DIR/Floortime-based social groups of 3 to 5 children at $120 per 75-minute session, matched by interests, temperament, sensory profile and developmental profile, with a trial group before any contract is signed.
  • Also offers one-to-one DIR/Floortime sessions, speech-language assessment and therapy, psychotherapy and parent coaching, and does not require a formal diagnosis to take part.
  • States that it does not focus on compliance, that sessions follow the child's lead, and that it will not stop a child from stimming — only helping find a safer alternative if safety is at risk.
  • As of May 2026 it has paused forming new social groups until late summer or early fall; limited openings remain in select existing groups.
