ESPA is a free programme for families who've just received an autism diagnosis. It runs a short parent education programme with simple strategies for play and interaction, and a care coordinator helps you find local providers and navigate the school and healthcare systems. There's also ongoing support for adults with autism navigating public benefits and healthcare systems.
