What this is, in plain language

This is the Jacksonville chapter of Florida's university-run Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD), a free programme that supports autistic people, people with related disabilities, and their families with training, consultation and outreach.

Getting started

Call (904) 633-0760 or pre-register online in English or Spanish. Staff take some basic information about your child, then send an intake packet to complete; once that is back, a psychological consultant holds an initial interview to decide which CARD services fit.

Written from what the provider publishes, to save you decoding it. It describes the service; it is not our view of how good it is.
