East Tennessee Children's Hospital's Developmental-Behavioral Center, based at the Koppel Center, assesses children with staff trained to help them stay relaxed during the evaluation. The hospital is state-certified as one of four Comprehensive Regional Pediatric Centers in Tennessee and works with other specialists when a child needs additional care.
