The Mott Autism Collaborative runs two evaluation clinics split by age: the Multidisciplinary Developmental Evaluation Clinic for children five and under, and a separate Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics Clinic for ages six up to ten. A joint team of developmental paediatricians, psychologists and therapists assesses cognitive, motor, language and social development.

Michigan Medicine's Multidisciplinary Autistic Spectrum Disorders Clinic, run by the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, evaluates patients from 18 months up to their 18th birthday, at a separate site (4250 Plymouth Road) from the main C.S. Mott Children's Hospital campus.
